STAFF RECRUITMENT
The learning environment at St Ambrose has been designed to embody the very best in modern education. A contemporary approach to teaching will be encouraged and supported by like-minded staff who will incorporate proven methodologies within a flexible learning environment.
Staff meet regularly with staff representing the other Catholic primary and secondary schools in the region, for professional development and planning.
St Ambrose is committed to recruiting teachers and support staff who understand the importance of delivering learning programs that are flexible, individual and engaging.
As the school grows, eventually being a two streamed school, staff will be recruited by the principal on the basis of their Catholicity, commitment to contemporary education, teaching skills and their willingness to work together with other staff and parents to bring out the best in each child.
Staff will be progressively appointed each year reflective of the needs of our students, families and the overall composition of our school community.
